InspiraWorks is a solution company focused first on your culture and goals, then on solutions that support and advance your culture.  InspiraWorks prefers an approach of helping organizations internalize business processes rather than purely build-and-deliver type services.  Even when the most effective approach is to build-and-deliver, there are normally accompanying internalization aspects that empower and work toward your fully realizing product or result value.  Many InspiraWorks projects comprise and effective combination of consulting and coaching with build-and-deliver services.  Even single-event workshops combine cultural internalization of principles and skill sets with reference materials and tools such as software, spreadsheets, and guides.

Advanced and comprehensive InspiraWorks projects have included everything from design, procurement, installation, and configuration of complete computer hardware and software systems as well as team training, coaching, and development within the organization.

InspiraWorks operates at all levels of organization and project size ranging from large international companies in long term consulting relationships to small local organizations seeking individual training or workshop events.

InspiraWorks participates in your project at any level desired from acting as a junior member with limited scope to full coordinator and leader of teams consisting of client and other contractor teams.  InspiraWorks services are delivered in person by Terry Nelson.  However, a network of service providers is accessible to and can be provided by or through InspiraWorks.

InspiraWorks is located in Washougal Washington, within the greater Portland Oregon area.  Services are provided throughout North America either from the InspiraWorks office, your location, or a combination as appropriate and as desired by you, the client.

InspiraWorks participates in a variety of compensation arrangements.  The basic method is using a standard hourly consulting rate.  This can be modified for projects with a defined service provision quantity and time period, or replaced by fixed cost or other arrangements conducive to your organizational culture and project.
