Generally, the state of the art revolves around a few general principles of care manifesting in an assortment of basic processes. That has changed with the advent of the Nexus Approach to Physical Asset ManagementTM developed by Terry Nelson and made available through consulting, services, and tool sets through InspiraWorks.
